    "description": "Oxford University Estate Services (OUES) intends to establish a multi-supplier framework agreement for the provision of construction services across its estate. We are looking to engage with contractors capable of delivering new build construction projects, refurbishments and fit-outs to support the Estates Services commitment to net zero carbon and for a digital focus on how we deliver the capital pipeline for Oxford University in line with the Estates Strategic Plan.
