Lot 1 - Connect 5; including Youth Connect 5 (or equivalent programme)
Lot 2 - Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training (ASIST)
- No preliminary market engagement: The Authority has not carried out preliminary market engagement in relation to the Contract. The Authority did not publish a Preliminary Market Engagement Notice in relation to the engagement. The reason for this is, there is a limited market and the Authority considers that competition under this Procurement will not be distorted because the training required is a structured product which should prevent any perceived advantage. It should be noted that if a supplier can offer an equivalent training programme in line with the specific requirements of Connect 5, this will be considered ensuring no barriers are identified.

Connect 5 is a three-part programme undertaken in 3 modules, enabling organisations and individuals to identify the level of mental health and wellbeing training required for their needs.
