What is being bought

Published requirement description

Queen’s is seeking to appoint three Economic Operators to operate Personal Trainer Concession on behalf of Queen’s Sports. It is anticipated that Queen’s will appoint the top three ranked Economic Operator from this tender exercise. Please note that Queen’s Sport cannot guarantee hours of class cover and number of personal training clients. The appointed Economic Operators will be responsible for sourcing their own personal training clients, who will then book sessions through Queen's Sports. Additionally, Queen's Sport will promote the services of each successful economic operator on Queen's website. The same level of promotion will be provided to all appointed Economic Operators and will not be distinguished by their rankings as a result of this tender.

What this means for your bid
  • Price carries 30 of 30 points: a 10% discount moves about 3 points. This one is won on the number: sharpen the price before polishing the prose.

Price arithmetic assumes straight proportional scoring; the tender pack may use another formula.
