This type of Service would include transporting Vulnerable Adults and/or Vulnerable/SEND Children travelling to and from Schools, Day Centres and/or other establishments as part of their agreed social care provision. These people may have a significant disability and/or additional needs therefore some technical equipment or trained personnel may be required. The Service may require a range of Vehicles including cars, people carriers, wheelchair-accessible Vehicles, mini buses and coaches. Passenger Assistants/Escorts may also be required on some routes to provide support to Service Users who have additional needs.
