    NHS Nottingham and Nottinghamshire Integrated Care Board are seeking to commission a Community Ophthalmology Service via a Competitive Process under the Provider Selection Regime (PSR) regulations.<br/><br/>NHS Nottingham and Nottinghamshire Integrated Care Board are inviting suitably qualified and experienced providers to deliver the Community Ophthalmology Service via a Competitive Process under the Provider Selection Regime (PSR) regulations.<br/><br/>As a result of this Competitive Process, a Contract will be awarded to the successful Provider(s) for a period of 3 years with the Commissioner having the option to extend the Contract for up to a further 2 years. The current contracts will end on the 30th September 2026 and as a result the successful Provider is expected to be fully operational, providing services from 1st October 2026.<br/><br/>This notice is to communicate the intention to award a contract under the Provider Selection Regime (PSR) Competitive Process.<br/><br/>This contract relates to an existing service with the intention to award being made to an existing provider.<br/><br/>The contract term will be from the 1st October 2026 to 30th September 2029, with the Commissioner having the option to extend the Contract to 30th September 2031.<br/><br/>The approximate lifetime value of the contract is expected to be £4,618,360.
