    Transport for London (TfL) is issuing a preliminary market engagement notice to obtain market feedback in relation to Communications, CCTV, and Security Systems Maintenance by issuing a Market Sounding Questionnaire (MSQ). The primary focus of the MSQ is to better understand the market, supplier more…appetite, capacity, and capability, as well as perceived risks and opportunities. The engagement will also provide feedback and help to develop the tender documentation. TfL invites suppliers to participate in this Preliminary Market Engagement exercise by completing an MSQ. All feedback received will be treated confidentially and will help to shape the upcoming procurement opportunity. Information on the engagement process and the procurement can be found in MSQ documents which will be emailed to interested suppliers. The engagement process consists of the following key steps: 1. Registering Interest - Suppliers who wish to participate should express their interest by emailing [email protected] and quoting ‘Communications, CCTV and Security Systems Maintenance – Registering MSQ interest’. 2. TfL will host an online presentation for suppliers interested in the procurement process. We envisage this taking place week commencing 5th October. All suppliers who express an interest will be issued an invite to this session. Please advise of your attendees and their contact details in your initial email registering an interest. 3.Review and complete the MSQ document. 4.Email the completed MSQ document back to [email protected] in an MS Word format before the deadline of 17:00 on 16th October 2026 5. Following review of the MSQ responses we will be looking to have one to one discussions with suppliers to discuss their responses further. We envisage sessions taking place week commencing 26th October or week commencing 2nd November, and these sessions will be arranged in due course. TfL reserve the right to carry our further market engagement in addition to the steps outlined above.
