Contracts must have, or obtain prior to contract commencement, Employer's
Liability insurance of 5m GBP and Public Liability insurance of 5m GBP
Contractors must be able to demonstrate experience of carrying out similar works
in the last 5 years (2 examples)
Contractors must have the required tools & equipment to carry out the works.
