Published requirement descriptionLa presente (IL) invitación a licitar busca contratar un proveedor idóneo para la prestación de servicios en la ciudad de Barranquilla, relacionados con el diseño e implementación de los siguientes programas, bajo la línea estratégica de estudiantes, en el marco de la Política Pública Barranquilla Bilingüe, que se desarrolla de manera conjunta entre la Secretaría Distrital de Educación de Barranquilla y el British Council Colombia:1. Un programa de enseñanza de inglés como lengua extranjera para hasta 580 aulas de los grados cuarto y quinto de básica primaria, en hasta 133 IEDs de Barranquilla.2. Un programa de fortalecimiento de competencias comunicativas en inglés general con énfasis en oralidad, para los grados noveno de básica secundaria y/o décimo de educación media que incluya instrucción presencial de 80 horas y material didáctico, para los estudiantes de 9 y 10 grado de hasta 60 IED focalizadas de Barranquilla.
