- Suitability
Lead Partners & immediate team members are required to be Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) registered. This selection criteria is included in the SPD.
- Economic & financial standing
Evidence of annual turnover for 3 fiscal years. This criteria is included in the SPD.
Minimum: Minimum required turnover per year - GBP 1,135,000.00
- Staff
- Names and qualifications of delivery staff must be submitted
- Price carries 20 of 100 points: a 10% discount moves about 2 points. The method statement decides this lot, not the discount.
Price arithmetic assumes straight proportional scoring; the tender pack may use another formula.

Bidders will be expected to be able to demonstrate a commitment to good prompt payment performance.
