        "description": "Component A will deliver integrated activities across COAST’s themes at a range of scales through three sub-components. Sub-components (SC) 1 and 3 will deliver support through technical assistance and capacity building, partly delivered by the Core Team and partly by a flexible Technical Assistance pool.  SC1 will focus on COAST’s priority countries of Vietnam, Indonesia, Philippines and Mozambique, with the potential to scale up to 2 x additional countries in Phase 2.  SC3 will be used to support projects aligned to COAST’s aims and objectives that are proposed by UK Embassies and High Commissions (posts) in ODA eligible host countries.  SC2 is the majority of the budget and will deliver grants for locally focussed projects in up to six priority countries, which the delivery partner will be responsible for sourcing, screening and managing."
