What is being bought
Essex County Council (ECC) is seeking to establish a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for the provision of driver improvement courses. The National Driver Offender Re-Training Scheme (NDORS) and other SERP (Safer Essex Roads Partnership) driving interventions require suitable qualified instructors/trainers to facilitate the delivery of education and training courses.
