Published description of the framework
Mini-Competition; LSTM will issue a call-off specification to providers appointed to the relevant lot. Providers may be required to submit: Methodology, Team structure, Timetable, Pricing
Direct Award; LSTM reserves the right to make direct awards where; only one provider covers a specific country, continuity is essential, emergency public health response, existing monitor knowledge provides significant value.
