Cleaning of Void Residential Properties

We are seeking to engage with suppliers of cleaning services for our void properties. Upon re-let our properties require different levels of cleaning from standard to in depth. Working with contractors to cover our locations we have developed a responsive, competitive, and tailored cleaning service. We would now like to know how best to re-procure this service, taking account of contractors’ knowledge and innovations. How shall we engage with you and what could you contribute to our service improvement. To this end we have arranged a virtual supplier engagement event for the 28th June 10:00 to 12:00 hrs. We will provide an overview of our requirements, invite questions, and provide answers and discuss our forthcoming procurement .
