The Clean and Clear Service provides a responsive, comprehensive property preparation and clearance service across occupied and void properties. Services include the clearance and lawful disposal of household items, furniture, general waste, fly-tipped materials and other unwanted contents from internal and external areas. The service also includes needle sweeps and the safe removal and disposal of sharps and biohazardous materials where required.

In addition, the contractor will undertake general property cleaning, deep cleans, post-clearance cleans and preparation works to ensure properties are safe, clean and ready for occupation, inspection or further refurbishment. Associated works may include redecoration services, minor repairs, handyman services, replacement or repair of flooring, and other general make-ready works required to bring properties back to a lettable standard.

The scope may extend to communal areas, gardens, outbuildings, garages, bin stores and external spaces, including vegetation clearance and the removal of accumulated waste. The contractor will be expected to provide a flexible and responsive service, including urgent and emergency call-outs where necessary, ensuring all works are completed in accordance with relevant health and safety, environmental and waste disposal legislation.

The service is intended to provide a single-source solution for property clearance, cleaning and minor remedial works, supporting the efficient turnaround of void properties and the maintenance of safe, clean and well-presented homes and communal environments.

Delivery: North West
Extensions: Option to extend for further 2x periods of 12 months each
