The Contractor shall design, supply, install, test and commission the electrical services throughout
to provide a complete design & installation. Works shall include but shall not necessarily be limited
to the following:
- Undertake a site visit during the tender period to ascertain the full extent / scope of works.
- Modifications / minor extensions to existing lighting controls cabling to provide automatic lighting controls as detailed on the accompanying drawings
- Make Safe, Disconnect & Remove from site all Existing Fluorescent Luminaires
- New Energy Efficient LED Lighting Provisions to replace the existing fluorescent luminaires
- Builders work in connection with
- Testing and Inspection
- Labelling
- Operating and Maintenance Manuals (inclusive of As Built Drawings)
