Quality will be assessed on the basis of the answers to questions in response to the Method Statements for the award criteria, as set out below in Table X. Each RFQ will be assessed independently and on its own merits by individual members of the evaluation team against each of the evaluation areas set out below in Table X.
- Price: 80% - The Tender with the lowest total [annual sum] will automatically score the full marks available for pricing. Thereafter, each Tender is compared against the lowest priced
