The supplier offers a niche end-to-end rainwater management solution involving a specialist integrated service that SGC's market review confirmed could not be offered by another supplier on a comparable basis; other suppliers offer parts of the solution, but not a similar fully integrated service with the same unique combination of expertise required.

- Demand and Delivery Risks:
Participation levels are uncertain and may affect installation volumes. Delivery may also be impacted by access issues or weather. These risks are managed through phased delivery, targeted engagement, and flexible scheduling, but cannot be fully predicted. Low participation or other delivery issues could required scope changes around geographical location(s) and/or rainwater management product types/solutions etc.
- Cost and Funding Risks:
Final costs may vary depending on feasibility outcomes and system choices. Costs will be confirmed after scoping and modelling, with approvals required before delivery. Funding is currently fixed but may change, allowing scope or term adjustments.
- Unexpected/exceptional Inflation and Price Risks:
Market prices may increase due to global economic or political factors. Significant cost volatility may require contract adjustments beyond agreed pricing mechanisms.
Contract Modifications:
