The support includes confidential 1:1 sessions at a location and time that is safe and convenient for clients. Compass provide specialist advice, guidance, and information on substance misuse, including support for those affected by someone else’s misuse (hidden harm). Additionally, Compass offer advice on reducing the risks associated with substance misuse. Their targeted and specialist interventions cater to ages 5-24, focusing on those affected by their own or another’s substance misuse (Tiers 2 and 3). They also provide Tier 1 services, which include training and advocacy in schools, colleges, youth clubs, and other venues. For those needing brief educational interventions, they offer non-structured interventions focusing on education and signposting.
