The scope of the service tendered is as outlined in the service specification.<br/><br/>The contract is for a period of 3 years with the option to extend for a further 2 years at the discretion of the commissioner. The service is expected to start on 1st May 2024.<br/><br/>The procurement process was described within the documentation published. This procurement was advertised in accordance with the requirements of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (as amended) (the "Regulations") to the extent that the Regulations relate to services within the scope of Schedule 3 thereto (Social and Other Specific Services).
