The DPS is a 2-stage process:
Stage 1 - All providers who meet the selection criteria within the online Questionnaire and are not excluded will be admitted to the DPS. New providers can also apply to join the DPS at any point during its lifetime.
Stage 2 - Contracts are awarded during the second stage. A Call-Off competition will be put out inviting each approved provider on the DPS Approved Provider list relating to the particular Lot. Publisher note: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement. Please note this is a DPS therefore the time limit for receipt of tenders at section IV.2.2) is initially 30 days, The DPS will be open for 4 years from 30th May 2022 to 30th May 2026. The Council reserves the right to extend or shorten this duration and if so, will issue a Contract Notice to indicate it’s intentions. Evaluations will be undertaken quarterly for the first year of the DPS and this will then reduce to twice yearly for the remainder of the DPS. The initial tranche of evaluations will be completed by 1st April 2022. Providers must read through this set of instructions and follow the process to access, correspond and respond to this opportunity.
