Coverage: 0 active published awards; 0 bid reports (which may be per lot). Supplier values exclude multi-supplier awards, frameworks and DPS, and use GBP only. They are published award values, not payments. Published-to-award variance compares single-lot, single-award, single-supplier GBP procedures with explicitly non-framework/non-DPS status; increases remain in the average. Unpublished data stays unknown. Awarded suppliers are winners, not all bidders.

What is being bought
Chesham Grammar School (CGS) is part of a single site academy trust - Red Kite Schools Trust. CGS is a co-educational grammar school in Buckinghamshire. There is a county-wide selection to secondary school at 11+ and there are 13 grammar schools within the county, five of which are co-educational. Our intake is drawn from a very wide geographical area. The majority of students come from the Chiltern and South Bucks area of Buckinghamshire but we also have students who travel from Hertfordshire. At CGS, we aspire to provide an exceptional educational experience in a world class school. We aim to inspire, challenge and guide all our students so that they develop confidence, character and creativity with the skills to become the innovators and leaders of the future. Almost all of our students progress to their first choice university including Oxford and Cambridge. Our students will be the leaders of tomorrow and our aim is to ensure that they are well equipped for 21st century life. We want them to be confident, articulate and optimistic as well as respectful, tolerant and compassionate. Above all, we want them to be happy. The school has just over 1216 children on roll, with 371 in the 6th form. The companies identified from these shortlisting questions to receive the ITT will then receive a detailed set of requirements. For the purposes of this shortlisting stage bidders should assume that the ITT will include all equipment and service regarding ICT, including but not be limited to; • strategic advice and direction to the School regarding ICT • a core term time service - 39 weeks • an additional 4 discretionary weeks throughout the year • service desk • local staffing that bidders deem necessary to deliver the SLA • responsibility for design, specification, installation and management of all ICT infrastructure • supply of goods and services based on an agreed Best Value (BV) approach • management of all ICT against an agreed SLA • management of 3rd parties • relevant monitoring, management, patching and reporting • training - technical and curriculum as necessary • expectation that the provider will drive innovation • risk registers and inventory management • collective partnership targets regarding support for e.g. support for ICT in the community Bidders should note the following; • There is an expectation that TUPE will apply from the existing supplier.
