The work can only be undertaken by Certero, as they are the owner, developer and sole provider of the Certero platform. No alternative supplier has the technical authority or capability to perform the migration or implement the required cloud services. Whilst third-party organisations could be engaged, any such provider would ultimately need to involve Certero to undertake the work, resulting in additional costs, project delays and increased implementation risk.
