Thank you for taking the time to respond to this Preliminary Market Engagement (Soft Market Testing) Questionnaire. The Council is seeking early feedback from potential providers to improve its understanding of: the capability and capacity of the market; the products and technology solutions more…
currently available; the extent to which solutions can support the different services and functions within scope; opportunities for consolidation, integration or alternative technology models; implementation, migration and delivery approaches; future product and technology developments; and potential commercial and contracting models. Information gathered through this exercise will help inform the Council's future requirements, options potential and procurement strategy. The estimated value is currently unknown and will be informed through preliminary market engagement. For notice publication purposes, the value has been estimated at the applicable threshold level pending further market analysis. This exercise is for preliminary market engagement and planning purposes only. It does not constitute a call for competition or a commitment by the Council to undertake a procurement. Participation or non-participation in this exercise will not determine eligibility to participate in any future procurement exercise. - Tender notice expectedin 178 days1 Apr 2027, 23:59 BST
