What is being bought
The Council is needing care and support in two existing independent supported living schemes. The landlord will be remaining in situ, this tender is only for the care and support.
Each of the two schemes can accommodate a maximum of six residents and more information regarding the specification is included in Schedule 1 along with redacted pen profiles of each of the current residents. Some of the redacted care plans and the TUPE information are available upon completing and returning the confidentiality agreement via the messaging function on YORtender.
All the residents have identified needs and care is required to be delivered by a registered CQC provider with experience in supporting individuals with learning disabilities, in particular those approaching or over retirement age.
