What is being bought
North Northamptonshire Council (NNC) (hereafter referred to as "The Council") invited quotations for the provision of E-Cigarettes - Direct to Client.
The provision will start from 1st of October 2026.
The Service was procured via a mini competition under the Northamptonshire Council Framework for the Provision of Nicotine Replacement Therapy (NRT) Products and E-Cigarettes Lot 4 Direct to Clients.
The duration of the Contract will be 2 years 6 months +1 year (optional extension) making 3 years 6 month in total. The option to extend is subject to budget availability.

These will only be given to clients that are engaged with the service for up to 12 weeks and receiving behavioural support from a Stop Smoking Advisor. E-cigarettes are provided as an adjunct to pharmacotherapy by the service and are restricted to service users over the age of 18, who have passed a required identification check. The e-cigarette starter kit must include, as a minimum, a ready to use e cigarette device, a lead to charge the device, and at least one replacement atomiser. The starter pack should also be shipped with e-liquid (Nicotine Salt Liquid) as per the clients' preference of flavour and strength. Replacement atomisers should be available to order from the supplier. The device must be reliable and easy to set-up and maintain.
