A structured programme of qualitative insight‑gathering to create archetypes, map pain points, needs and opportunities for System Membership;
To ideate and craft future System Membership experience; and create a credible approach to a seamless end to end experience that drives measurable impact and value.
Deliver a Membership Service Design Discovey with which the findings and report will go on to inform the creation of System Membership and support the wider UK Sport digital estate.
To manage delivery, administration and support and present all findings and recommdations in a report presentation, that demonstrates an understanding of the future membership user experience.
Ideate a resilient, sustainable System Membership experience, highlighting pivotal moments audiences and unveiling opportunities to pioneer inspiring experiences.
