Building Refurbishment Works – FRIESLAND School

Two Counties Trust are looking for a suitably qualified Main Contractor to Tender Works as detailed below on a Plan and Specification basis.The work is to refurbish the existing changing, shower and Wc facilities at Freisland School. Works are confined to two separate areas which would allow sequenced working. The works include the strip out including removal of internal walls, doors, frames, wall/floor and Ceiling finishes together with existing sanitaryware incl the hot and cold service pipework and electrical strip out. A full refit of both areasto include new finishes throughout, new showering and Wc cubicles, hot and cold services togetherwith a new ventilation system is programmed. The pricing of the works will be in two separate packages. It is Two Counties Trust intention to assess each package and award based upon the Evaluation Scoring Sheet. The preference is to award both packages to the same Main Contractor however there will be a section within the pricing schedule to allow Main Contractors to give their best value quotation should they be awarded both of the works packages. A Site Plan is attached to this notice which identifies the two separate areas of the works. The successful Contractor will allow for demonstrating the M and E system and provide all Certificates of Compliance on Completion. The successful Contractor shall also produce their RAMS for the works. Hot works permits will be required. The works will be cover by JCT Minor Works Contract.
