Coverage: 17 active published awards; 17 bid reports (which may be per lot). Supplier values exclude multi-supplier awards, frameworks and DPS, and use GBP only. They are published award values, not payments. Price reduction compares single-lot, single-award, single-supplier GBP procedures with explicitly non-framework/non-DPS status; increases remain in the average. Unpublished data stays unknown. Awarded suppliers are winners, not all bidders.

Planning and rationale
Planning budgetNot published |
No-engagement rationaleNot published |
Procedure rationaleTo support the smooth delivery of the PSDS project as well as day to day running of the system, the Trust requires up to 5 days per week of both planned and reactive engineering support across all three campuses (QMC, City & Ropewalk) for a short term interim period.

It is envisaged the level of support required will reduce following completion of the PSDS.

Changing maintenance provider partway through the PSDS project is too risky from both an operational and technical perspective. For example, a change of provider is likely to impact timescales for completion of the PSDS). |
