Coverage: 17 active published awards; 17 bid reports (which may be per lot). Supplier values exclude multi-supplier awards, frameworks and DPS, and use GBP only. They are published award values, not payments. Price reduction compares single-lot, single-award, single-supplier GBP procedures with explicitly non-framework/non-DPS status; increases remain in the average. Unpublished data stays unknown. Awarded suppliers are winners, not all bidders.

What is being bought
The purpose of this tender is to demonstrate CPI’s capability in data analytics and Federated Learning by supplying an analytics-enabling data infrastructure for a plastics recycling rig (Lot 1), and a complete Federated Learning platform (Lot 2), initially orientated towards furnace applications which is deployable at different sites/locations. These lots are to be supplemented by a training programme CPI has identified in support of these activities (Lot 3). This tender is split into three lots where are described in detail in the Technical Requirements section and accompanying URB’s.
