Coverage: 278 active published awards; 90 bid reports (which may be per lot). Supplier values exclude multi-supplier awards, frameworks and DPS, and use GBP only. They are published award values, not payments. Published-to-award variance compares single-lot, single-award, single-supplier GBP procedures with explicitly non-framework/non-DPS status; increases remain in the average. Unpublished data stays unknown. Awarded suppliers are winners, not all bidders.

Procedure rationaleThe Contract set out in OJEU Contract Notice was entered into by EANI as per the published Contract Award Notice. The Contract was initially awarded for £600,000.00 and it was agreed in December 2023 that this would be increased to £900,000.00 under Regulation 72 (1)(B) of the Public Contract Regulations 2015.
Namely. the following conditions have been fulfilled:
(b)for additional works, services or supplies by the original contractor that have become necessary and were not included in the initial procurement, where a change of contractor—
i)cannot be made for economic or technical reasons such as requirements of interchangeability or interoperability with existing equipment, services or installations procured under the initial procurement, or
(ii)would cause significant inconvenience or substantial duplication of costs for the contracting authority, provided that any increase in price does not exceed 50% of the value of the original contract.
The modification is 50% of the original contract value which is permissible under Regulation 72 (1) B. |
