Additional information: This work will generally comprise of: • Work in both void and occupied properties. • Work is generally instigated at the request of Bristol City Council (Void Management team/Response Repairs team/Planned Programme team). • Predominantly this will be single-activity work (removals), however there may occasionally be enabling works required e.g., disconnecting a light fitting for a textured coating ceiling to be removed. These enabling/incidental works will be carried out by Bristol City Council. • Leading times provided below. *These are discretional, The Responsive Manager reserves the right not to offer the leading time* • There are three main priorities of work:  Emergency: Attendance within 2 hours completion within 24 hours (working day)  Non-licensed Asbestos Removal: Completion within 5 Calendar Days, or on date specified by client  Licensed or Notifiable Asbestos Removal: within 15 Calendar Days of the receipt of the works order, this will include all documentation to the HSE
