The standstill period will commence on 25 August 2026, being the day after publication of this notice, and will conclude at midnight on 07 September 2026, provided no representations are received that require further consideration. Any representations regarding the proposed contract award must be submitted to the Relevant Authority no later than midnight on 07 September 2026 and should be sent by email to ULTH.contracting.team@nhs.net Subject to the completion of the standstill period and consideration of any representations received, the Relevant Authority intends to award the contract to the selected provider with a contract commencement date of 08 September 2026
