The proposed contract will include: Supply and delivery of bread, bakery and breakfast products Multi-site deliveries across the Bradford District Ongoing contract management and customer support Compliance with all relevant food safety regulations, allergen requirements, and School Food Standards This Preliminary Market Engagement (PME) seeks feedback from the market to help the Council understand supplier capability and capacity, assess market interest, inform the procurement strategy and contract structure, and identify potential risks, opportunities, and innovative solutions that could improve service delivery.
