Coverage: 103 active published awards; 103 bid reports (which may be per lot). Supplier values exclude multi-supplier awards, frameworks and DPS, and use GBP only. They are published award values, not payments. Published-to-award variance compares single-lot, single-award, single-supplier GBP procedures with explicitly non-framework/non-DPS status; increases remain in the average. Unpublished data stays unknown. Awarded suppliers are winners, not all bidders.

The ultimate aim is to lower the carbon emissions of individual properties, with a tangible benefit to the households in the form of reduced energy costs and household utility bills. The team, internally referred to as Eco Coaches, will visit residents homes to complete a domestic energy assessment providing room by room guidance to maximise the efficiency of the property. The visit also includes the installation of low cost energy saving devices such as draft proofing, low energy lightbulbs and radiator reflector panels.
