Published description of the framework

The Council intends to appoint three (3) Consultants to provide services via a Framework for civil engineering design and transport planning services. Individual commissions will be awarded by means of Mini-Competitions and Direct Awards. When an individual commission is awarded using either award method, the award will be formalised in the form of a Call-Off Contract. It is the Council’s intention to have a long-term relationship with the three (3) successful Consultants on the Framework
