Coverage: 2 active published awards; 2 bid reports (which may be per lot). Supplier values exclude multi-supplier awards, frameworks and DPS, and use GBP only. They are published award values, not payments. Price reduction compares single-lot, single-award, single-supplier GBP procedures with explicitly non-framework/non-DPS status; increases remain in the average. Unpublished data stays unknown. Awarded suppliers are winners, not all bidders.

The Council is conducting a two-stage procedure under the Light touch regime to appoint a suitable Supplier. The Council will provide the full service specification as part of Stage Two of this tender. The primary aim of the services being procured is to increase the awareness; identification; and support for all family and friend unpaid carers, through a combination of direct provision, and partnership working with key statutory services, to enable them to fulfil the requirements set out by government legislation and local strategic priorities. The model must provide 4 key elements: Carer representation, carers awareness, single point of contact, and carers dedicated/targeted services. Further information on these minimum requirements can be found in Part 2 of the Schedule 1 document.
