    "description": "Delivery of upgrades to CCTV and Passenger Help Points at 20 stations across the Greater Manchester network. Conflict Mitigation: A rigorous gap analysis has been completed to ensure no overlap exists between Bee Network works and other planned third-party or Northern upgrades.\nNorthern Trains Limited, is a Train Operating Company (TOC) that operates passenger rail services in the North of England.
