Onsite domiciliary care within the following extra care schemes: - Gordon Collings House (MK42) 55 Units 489 care hours per week including 7 residents requiring 2:1 calls day and night Current contract arrangement: 24/7 coverage, amalgamated contract with St Bede’s - St Bede’s (MK40) 104 units (51 units are affordable rent with the remainder privately-owned units) 212 care hours per week including 2 residents requiring 2:1 calls day and night Current contract arrangement: 24/7 coverage, amalgamated contract with Gordon Collings House - Wootton Vale (MK43) 55 units 445 care hours per week including 6 residents requiring 2:1 calls day and night Current contract arrangement: 24/7 coverage, Individual contract - Sir William Harpur House (MK41) 37 units 179 care hours per hour including 1 residents requiring 2:1 calls day Current contract arrangement: 7am-10pm coverage, individual contract This Notice is intended to notify the market of the upcoming tender opportunity.
