To effectively manage people and investment capital, risk, maintain alignment with strategy and optimise return on investment, active portfolio management is required. This requires visibility of plans, spend, risks and issues at portfolio level (e.g. BBC Critical Projects Portfolio or Technology and Media Operations Portfolio) as well as more detailed views of these factors at project and programme level. The information needs to ‘nest’ in such a way as the detailed project/programme view informs the portfolio overview. Currently, project & portfolio management in the BBC relies on multiple distinct tools.\nThe BBC is seeking a common PPM (Project & Portfolio Management) Tool to enable it to build on the introduction of BBC Align – the BBC’s standard project management processes and facilitate this overall Portfolio view. By adopting a centralised, scalable software platform that can be used by all projects, programmes and portfolios across the corporation, we will be able to have relevant oversight and therefore more effectively manage risk, issues and resource allocations. Integrate with existing systems (i.e. SAP, Jira etc.) is also a requirement. In this way, the BBC will enhance cross-departmental collaboration, track risks and issues at both company and portfolio levels, monitor benefits realisation and return on investment, as well as ensuring strategic alignment for key initiatives, and enabling more effective management of company level transformation changes. The solution may be utilised by all departments delivering projects within BBC Public Service, including the BBC Transformation Office, Technology & Media Operations, Product Group (for selected projects), Content, News, Nations, CCOG and HR.",

    "submissionMethodDetails": "In order to take part in this tender, please take the following steps:\n1 - Register your company on the Jaggaer eSourcing portal (this is only required once):\n1.1 Go to https://bbc.bravosolution.co.uk\n1.2 - Click the link on the login page to register.\n1.3 Accept the terms and conditions and click 'Continue'.\n1.4 - Enter your correct business and user details.\n1.5 - Note the username you chose and click 'Save' when complete.\n1.6 - You will shortly receive an email with your temporary password.\n2 - Express an interest in the tender:\n2.1 - Login to the portal with the username/password.\n2.2 - Click the 'PQQs Open to all Suppliers' link.\n2.3 - Click on the relevant PQQ to access the content.\n2.4 - Click the 'Express Interest' button at the top of the page.
