The Fire Safety works have an anticipated value of circa £11m, which includes for the following packages, categorised into three groups, based on how soon they could be delivered. The appointed consultant team will need to support these packages to varying degrees:\nQuick Wins\nWorks to be surveyed and commenced as soon as reasonably possible, to be undertaken by an incumbent maintenance term contractor. Likely to require very little design work by the consultant team, with consultants providing ad hoc support and advice as required:\n1. Fire Signage\n2.
