Coverage: 106 active published awards; 90 bid reports (which may be per lot). Supplier values exclude multi-supplier awards, frameworks and DPS, and use GBP only. They are published award values, not payments. Published-to-award variance compares single-lot, single-award, single-supplier GBP procedures with explicitly non-framework/non-DPS status; increases remain in the average. Unpublished data stays unknown. Awarded suppliers are winners, not all bidders.

Procedure rationaleFlowbird Parking Machines that the Council purchased require the Smartfolio back office system as this is the only system that integrates with the Flowbird machines and therefore they are the only provider able to meet this requirement. For as long as the parking machines are in use we will require access to this system which is why the end date is 31/03/2028 as it is anticipated that the Council will have a different approach/situation before this date and it is expected that a review of the Council’s ticket machine requirements will take place well in advance of 31/03/2028.
The standstill period will start 06/09/2024 and will finished at midnight on 16/09/2024. |
