Coverage: 25 active published awards; 25 bid reports (which may be per lot). Supplier values exclude multi-supplier awards, frameworks and DPS, and use GBP only. They are published award values, not payments. Price reduction compares single-lot, single-award, single-supplier GBP procedures with explicitly non-framework/non-DPS status; increases remain in the average. Unpublished data stays unknown. Awarded suppliers are winners, not all bidders.

The event will be held at Chelmsford City Racecourse, Chelmsford CM3 1QP. The intent of the session will be to share current thinking and a potential future approach in this category. Attendees will be asked to share views and work with us on specific questions to support the future commissioning direction. At each event there will be several workshops for suppliers to participate in which will help steer the direction of the Council in our commissioning approach, including: Procurement model options Quality, continuous improvement, user voice Outcomes based commissioning Workforce Social Value and Climate EDI Technology (EHM, Digital Social Care Records, Care Tec / equipment) Arrival time for the event is 9.30am for a 10am start and will run for approximately 3 hours including a refreshments break for networking and discussions.
