For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 do not apply to this notice. The ICB is not bound to act on any information generated from the market engagement, and participation in the event does not automatically guarantee any standing with regards to any future PSR process adopted by the ICB.
