This notice is an intention to award a contract under the Most Suitable Provider Process with an contract value of £150,000.
This is for a new service to be undertaken by a Primary Care Network provider with a contract start date of the 12 December 2024 ending on 31 March 2026.

Publisher note: This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) intention to award notice. The awarding of this contract is subject to the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 do not apply to this award. The publication of this notice marks the start of the standstill period. Representations by providers must be made to the relevant by 23:59 on 28 November 2024. This contract has not yet been formally awarded; this notice serves as an intention to award under the PSR. Written representations should be sent to [email protected]. Public Health Development Officer - Healthy Lives was a decision maker alongside the ICB. No declared conflicts or potential conflicts. The key criteria used to make a decision was that the chosen provider needed to be signed up to: Luton Council's Health enhanced services contracts to deliver long acting reversible contraception; and the ICB's Gynaecology Local Enhanced Services contract
