The work will predominantly be carried out in occupied dwellings so a WC will need to be kept operational at the end of each day. Tools and materials should be kept tidy and not cause any H&S issues to the occupants. Asbestos removal will be carried out by others.

The day to day repairs and voids team carry out general building repairs on a daily basis E.G replace internal doors, floorboards, sanitary ware and taps, trace and rectify leaks, replace/mend locks, rebuild garden walls, gutter leaks etc. The requirement for this lot is to provide a qualified tradesperson and a van for a day or multiple days to support the team and carry out repairs on a day rate basis.

As lot 5 but utilising the NATFED SORs version 7.1 The requirement from this lot is for the contractors to submit what percentage of the rate they will use for all sections. Either + or – from the basic rate and a day rate for each trade.
