AT1117 - Groundworks Framework

Repairs works may be required to currently occupied properties and sheltered accommodation blocks. This work may involve jobs such as replacing/relaying paving, clearing and levelling the ground including any retaining walls as necessary, block paving or concrete paths, trenching to expose and repair or alter drainage or services, foundations and bases to small structures and the provision of access ramps. Additionally, as properties become empty, the council will carry out any works required to return them to a lettable standard. This work will be carried out in the minimum practicable time and may involve reinstatement of gardens to remove existing structures (such as excess paving, sheds, dividing fences and walls), altering levels and replacement of paving.
