We want to procure and implement an Asset Management and Planning System that allows us to better identify trends in our property portfolio, efficiently manage our regulatory compliance and make informed decisions about how we plan investment in our homes through the use of scenario modelling and options appraisals.We believe that in addition to the financial benefits that a dedicated system will provide, this will also result in a reduction in reactive repair expenditure, more efficient administration of Curo’s safety compliance, improved visibility to colleagues and customers around Curo’s investment strategy and support Curo in maintaining the highest rating from the Social Housing Regulator.We will require ongoing support and maintenance for the system we procure with a contract term.
