Coverage: 175 active published awards; 175 bid reports (which may be per lot). Supplier values exclude multi-supplier awards, frameworks and DPS, and use GBP only. They are published award values, not payments. Published-to-award variance compares single-lot, single-award, single-supplier GBP procedures with explicitly non-framework/non-DPS status; increases remain in the average. Unpublished data stays unknown. Awarded suppliers are winners, not all bidders.

- Lot 1 · #1Individual lot title not publishedplannedPublished valueNot publishedThe BBC is working on plans to relocate their primary Video and Audio archive collection in 2024. Of the collection we are moving, we have approximately 1 million video and audio items that we do not currently have digitisation plans for. Of this number, we expect to select in the region of 200,000 to 530,000 videotape assets and 300,000 to 500,000 audio assets to digitise for access and preservation purposes. The assets have been stored well, except for a small percentage of the audio ¼" collection which suffers from mould. The following requirement are broken down into two lots: Lot 1 - Videotape assets Lot 2 - Audio assets Additional information: Please note that this is a request for information only. The BBC is not obliged to award a contract as a result of this exercise nor is it obliged to run any further competitions.
