What is being bought
Published requirement descriptionAppointment of an Integrated Consultants Team for the delivery of Slemish Integrated College, Ballymena, a 1050 pupil post primary school. The successful ICT will work on a Traditional Design basis, to take the Project through RIBA Stages 0-7. The project will incorporate several outdoor recreation provisions, including Tennis Courts, Synthetic/Grass Sports Pitches and Hard/Grass play to meet all DE handbook requirements for a school of this size. Parking, transport requirements, delivery and maintenance will also form part of the overall scope.
- How the procedure runs: The Procurement Process shall follow a two-stage process. Stage One shall assess the Conditions of Participation. Stage two shall assess the Award Criteria of Quality, Social Valueand Price. The contract will be awarded to the supplier submitting the Most Advantageous Tender (MAT).
