What is being bought
The Economic Operator shall provide the following Services to deliver the phased development of Railway Park, Dungannon. The overall scheme has been developed up to RIBA stage 2, concept stage. The commission is for the appointment of a Landscape Architect led multi-disciplinary Consultancy team to prepare, develop and project manage the delivery of the Railway Park, Dungannon from RIBA Stages as below. • Phase 1- Park infrastructure (phases 1-3) - RIBA stages 3-7. • Phase 2- Sports Recreation area – RIBA stages 0-7 • Phase 3- Pedestrian/ cycle bridge at Washingford Road – RIBA stages 0-7 The professional services to be provided must include the services of a • Project Manager • Landscape Architect • Civil Engineer • Structural Engineer • Electrical Engineer • Quantity Surveyor, • Principal Designer • Site Inspector/Civil Engineer CoW • Economist / Business Case Consultant Team • CEEQUAL services The project will be delivered in a busy town centre park environment which will affect businesses, park users and adjacent residents. It is envisaged the scheme will cover Railway Park, from Lisnahull Road in the West, through to Mark Street in the East of Dungannon.
